Refrigerators
Problem: The refrigerator is not cooling or running with no light inside.

| The breaker may have tripped. | Reset the breaker. |
Problem: The refrigerator runs but does not cool properly.
Possible Cause |

| The doors may not be closing correctly. | Check that nothing is in the way of stopping the doors from closing tightly. |
| The light inside maybe staying on when the door is closed. | When the door is almost closed look inside to make sure the light is going off. |
| The condenser coils on the back or underneath may need cleaned. | If the condenser coil is covered with per hair, etc, clean them with a vacuum or a refrigerator brush. |
| The temperature/control settings may be incorrect. | Check the control settings and adjust as needed. |
Problem: The refrigerator is leaking water.
Possible Cause |
Possible Solution |

| The drain pan underneath the unit may not be in place. | The condensation the unit produces goes into a pan to evaporate, if the pan is not in place the water will leak directly onto the floor. |
| The ice maker water line behind the unit may be leaking. | Tighten any loose or leaking fittings/connections on the line. |
